|This 3 bedroom luxury apartment is ideally located in the lower area of Paphos, South West Cyprus, only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes flat walking to the ancient port of Kato Paphos with its restaurants and nightlife. Having said this the apartment is ideally located for a self catering holiday being close to shops and away from the noise, hustle and bustle of a thriving tourist area.|
The Penthouse is part of a complex of three low rise luxury apartment blocks containing 50 apartments, only two of which are penthouses. Our private undercover parking is adjacent to the entrance foyer and lift, of the third block.
The Penthouse features a huge private terrace of more than 100m2 which we have laid out as three distinct areas.

A lounge seating area with all weather furniture.
A sun lounging area with loungers.
The 16m swimming pool of the complex is adjacent to our block and has lots of loungers and parasols on its large pool surround. There are also changing rooms, toilets and showers at the poolside.
We love our apartment and hope you will too. It is light, spacious, elegant and a cut above the rest.
The entrance door leads into the large open plan, fully furnished main room with its three areas of lounge, dining and kitchen. Beside the kitchen area is a small balcony which is used for clothes lines etc.
Immediately to the left of the entrance door are full width patio doors leading onto the huge terrace. This part of the terrace even has a 'Planter' area and we have a palm tree!!.
A corridor leading out of the main room goes to, on the left, a double bedroom with queen sized bed, the bathroom and, on the right, the twin bedded room. Finally at the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with its ensuite shower room and king sized bed.
Both the double bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the terrace.
The terrace is over 100m2 and we have laid it out in three areas. Under the covered area we put the all weather lounging furniture and coffee table as well as the gas barbecue. The patio door from the second double bedroom opens into this area.
The area outside the lounge patio doors is where we have put the sunloungers and outside the maaster bedroom terrace doors is the outside dining area with its round granite table with chairs.
THE SWIMMING POOL
The Swimming pool of the complex is next to our block. It has an irregular shape but a dimension of 16m x 6m is not far out. It has a very large pool surround and there are plenty of loungers and parasols at the poolside for your use. There are also changing rooms, toilets and showers down there and you will have a key for them.
